Bio

Renee Decker is a Partner in DarrowEverett’s Private Client Group where she provides counsel on trusts and estates, probate and estate administration, asset protection, and business succession planning. She brings a focused dedication to helping families minimize conflict, preserve and maximize assets, and build enduring legacies for future generations.

Renee counsels a broad range of clients, including blended families, high net-worth individuals and families with complex tax planning needs, individuals with special needs, those planning for future Medicaid eligibility, clients seeking to protect their hard-earned assets, and those interested in incorporating charitable giving into their overall plan. She has experience with revocable and irrevocable trust structures and regularly advises clients on incapacity planning.

Prior Experience

Before joining DarrowEverett, Renee served as the Managing Attorney of a boutique estates and trust firm, and brings over a decade of experience at Am Law 100 and 200 firms. That foundation has  equipped her to handle sophisticated legal matters with precision and care.
