Bio
Carly M. Clendening’s practice centers on real estate law, lender representation, and mixed-finance real estate and business transactions. She also represents clients in first-party property insurance defense, housing authority matters, landlord/tenant disputes, probate and guardianship matters, and general litigation. Carly’s experience includes successfully handling commercial and residential real estate matters and Small Business Administration loan transactions, with a focus on negotiating, drafting, and closing deals on behalf of her clients.
Prior Experience
Before joining DarrowEverett, Carly’s practice included work in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, conventional and Small Business Administration loan transactions, third-party insurance matters, and defense and foreclosure law representing creditors. While in law school, she gained additional experience through internships with several law firms and served as an extern for Magistrate Sean Cadigan of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Carly also served as a Volunteer Advocate for Children through Florida’s Guardian Ad Litem Office.
