Bio
Natalie G. Rogge is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group. Her practice supports a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, private equity fund formation and operations, joint ventures and syndications, and the corporate aspects of real estate and other business transactions. She also assists with drafting and reviewing a variety of business contracts and related transactional documents.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Natalie gained experience across litigation, transactional support, and public-sector legal work. In New York, she supported an insurance coverage practice with a focus on Directors and Officers (D&O) liability, drafting coverage correspondence, analyzing policies, monitoring underlying matters and conducting legal research and case review. She previously served as a legal intern at DarrowEverett, where she supported both litigation and corporate matters by drafting pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, attending proceedings, preparing deposition summaries, and revising contracts and purchase agreements. She also externed with the City of Providence Law Department, supporting litigation through research and drafting, preparing deposition questions, and participating in hearings and meetings. While in law school, she served as a part-time teaching assistant for a course on civil litigation relief, including damages, injunctions, restitution, and enforcement mechanisms and volunteered with the Pro Bono Collaborative Eviction Help Desk, assisting tenants through intake and court-hearing support.
