Bio
Gabrielle A. Wilain, Esq. is a member of DarrowEverett’s Business Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She handles a variety of litigation matters, including complex business disputes and landlord/tenant lawsuits. She also guides and represents clients throughout the trademark submission and registration process across diverse industries, including construction, business and entertainment.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining DarrowEverett, Gabrielle worked for a South Florida-based business and commercial litigation law firm, where she also handled complex commercial and business litigation and trademark registration matters. She earned an LL.M. in International Business Law from Case Western Reserve University Law School, where she was on the Student Bar Association Committee, the Dean’s Advisory Committee, and the Dean’s List. At Middlesex University in London, she was a member of the women’s basketball and handball teams.

Representative Matters
- Successfully received dozens of final judgments for possession and damages against various delinquent tenants for a nationwide real estate client, which required a fast but accurate pace of work, analysis of documents and timely submissions to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Assisted private landlord in a successful lawsuit against its former tenants and assisted in receiving a final judgment to cover the various and substantive damages caused to the property. This included reviewing the building’s policies, analyzing the expert’s reports and depositions, and preparing the outlines for all witnesses at trial.
- Successfully registered trademarks for clients in various business areas, including a nationally recognized, top-ranked podcast.
- Successfully resolved a complex litigation matter through strategic negotiations, securing favorable settlement agreements. This required continuous engagement with all parties, in-depth analysis of various legal avenues to determine the optimal outcome for our clients, and precise drafting to solidify advantageous terms.
