Angelina H. Landi

Angelina H. Landi is a Senior Associate in DarrowEverett’s Private Client Group. Her practice concentrates on complex family court matters, including but not limited to divorce, separation, division of marital assets, child custody, interstate custody, grandparent and sibling visitation, post-divorce litigation, child support, spousal support and alimony, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements, restraining orders, adoptions, stepparent adoptions, cases under the Uniform Parentage Act and guardianships. Angelina also works extensively on cases involving the Department of Children, Youth and Families assisting biological parents, foster parents, kinship relatives, and prospective adoptive parents. Angelina also handles DCYF administrative appeals and serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem in divorce and custody matters.
