Representative Matters

  • Assisted high-net-worth client in annulling a months-old marriage after the spouse demanded a multimillion dollar distribution either by way of a transfer during the marriage or as part of a quick divorce. We succeeded in getting the spouse to sign off on annulment, acknowledging that the marriage had never been consummated, preserving our client’s personal wealth.
  • Assisted mother in being permitted to relocate out of state with her three minor children, where she had greater familial support and job opportunity, over the objection of the children’s father.
  • Assisted family in obtaining an appropriate state-funded, in-patient placement for their child with significant special needs.
  • Assisted father who had been alienated from his children in reestablishing a regular and consistent relationship with them.
  • Assisted parent in obtaining sole custody and physical possession of their child where the other parent had made continuous false accusations of abuse against him.
  • Obtained favorable financial result for client with a high net worth business by demonstrating their spouse had not contributed to the increase in value of the marital estate and had in fact dissipated assets.
